That's it, I'm gonna start cutting back on soda

Yeah, had a bit of a panic attack earlier this evening (won't go into detail about it) shortly after I got back from class. Took some Pepto-Bismol and felt fine shortly afterwards, but man, I was so tense during that. I have decided that I need to stop drinking soda everyday. I won't go cold turkey right now, but I want to stop drinking it once a day like I have been doing for the last couple of weeks, especially caffeinated drinks. Thankfully, I don't drink energy drinks.

Wish me luck!:)

Also, feel free to nominate an artist. Just note me with a link to their gallery and I'll take a look for a possible future feature.:)

Aw man, sorry to hear about that. I know all about caffiene addiction and panic attacks. If you think you can spare a day or two not working, cut it out cold turkey and just get it out of your system. The headaches really suck and you will be irritable, but it's really worth getting off the stuff. Bu just cut down, maybe one can in the morning and one at lunch, just to stave off headaches, then change that to one can at dinner after a week or so. Best of luck.

You drink soda once a day, and that causes you to have a panic attack?

No offense, but I smell a misdiagnosis here. I drink soda like a fish, and the worst that happens to me is slight nausea (if I don't have any food in my stomach to dilute the carbonation) stop drinking for sake of cavity prevention, but as far as this is concerned, I think you may want to take a closer look at what happened. Unless you have some medical condition of which I am unaware, I doubt a little caffeine caused this.

You are weak, young Jedi.

You shouldn't drink soft drink more than once in a week.

Possibly. Still, it is something I have been wanting to do for a while anyway. I already haev intention to talk to my doctor about this when I see him next week. It wasn't an extremely serious panic attack, just a bad sense of paranoia and being tense over a simple thing, which happened before last year as well.

Oh nose! D: I hope you are alright, maybe you should try drinking flavoured water as a substitute.

"Why can't I get a damn decent cup of coffee around here?"
"Because you ordered tea..."

Regular water will be fine with me. I hate flavored water. XP
