Secret Santa Sign-Ups! (Last week to Sign-Up!!)

It is about that time again; it is time to start preparing for this year's Secret Santa!
Now, the rules are generally the same that they were last year, with a few minor tweaks. The biggest one of them being the time that a person can sign-up.I am going to explain this as simple as possible, so here we go.
-If you can draw or write, you can join!
Note: Sorry, but if you primarily take screenshots from games or shows and edit them, I will not be able to allow that. Such gifts don't take much effort and it just wouldn't seem fair for the person receiving it. Sorry.
-Sign-ups will begin now and last until midnight US Central Time, October 28 (it is subject to change). This will give everyone a fair amount of time to sign up and give me the time to make a quick drawing of who draws/writes what for who. To sign up, just post in this journal, announcing your interest.
Decided to extend it until the 31st.-Here is how I determine who draws/writes for who: Say that 5 people sign up. I would then choose the names by random means and put them in the order that they were drawn. Ex. Person 4 makes something for Person 1, who makes something for Person 5 and so on.
-I will try to tell you who you are making something for within a week after sign-ups close. That way, you will have plenty of time to make your gifts.
-The only restriction I have for the content of the gift is that it is not to be a mature rated piece if possible. If you have an idea that you are unsure about, tell me about it and I'll determine if I'll allow it.
-The due date for all gifts is Dec. 20. You may start posting your gifts in your galleries after December 1. Just be sure to let the receiver know of the gift when you post it.
-Now, I also would like to have some volunteers willing to make more gifts for other users in the case that they never receive a gift. I want to make sure everyone gets one.
-I still have a list of who failed to give a gift last year, so I ask that you do not ask to participate if you are one of them (they should know who they are).
-On Christmas or Christmas Eve, I will post a news article or journal entry, featuring ALL the works that were made during the time of the SS.
-If you have anymore questions, please ask.
Also, let's spread the word on this. I want this to be a BIG project. Let's have some fun!
The goal is to try double the amount of participants that I had last year, so let's see what happens.
